We strive to use the best ingredients that we often grow ourselves. If not, we find it locally. Between our local garden friends and our neighborhood pastures, we do our best to come to the table with grass fed, non-gmo, gluten free, sugar free and organic deliciousness. At the sqame time, we recognize balance and do what we can while remaining affordable. Callisto's owner is a primal nutritionist who wouldn't dream of allowing the weird stuff into our recipes.
